Practical Life
Children master everyday skills—pouring, threading, food preparation, and grace and courtesy exercises—that enhance concentration, coordination, and self-reliance.
Sensorial
Materials isolating color, shape, size, texture, sound, and weight refine the senses, enabling children to classify and form the mental groundwork for mathematics.
Language
A phonetic approach introduces sounds before letter names. Using the movable alphabet and sandpaper letters, children build words and progress to reading and cursive writing as their interest unfolds.
Mathematics
Concrete manipulatives—number rods, bead frames, and cards—illustrate enumeration and operations. Children experientially move from concrete to abstract concepts, deepening numerical understanding.
Culture
Exploration of geography, history, science, botany, zoology, art, and music broadens children’s awareness of their world and fosters curiosity and respect.
